  • 6-8 oz Organic non dairy milk. (Oat, almond, coconut, cashew)

  • 1 packet Q Complete Vanilla Protein

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 1/2 cup of ice
